Continental operates out of their own bake house and food production center supplying the company’s out-catering operations. Their team of full time catering professionals supported by a fleet of specialty vehicles, portable kitchens and serveries allows them to take care of any event from very large or very small, anywhere in the South Island.

Continental take pride in their wide range of unique Christchurch venues and extraordinary event settings having awarded them 'exclusive' or 'preferred caterer' status. Some of these venues include Newbery Lodge, Mona Vale Homestead and Restaurant, Christchurch Gondola, International Antarctic Centre, and Air Force Museum Aircraft Hall.
